Felony DUI

      If you have been pulled over in Las Vegas you will most likely have to go to court at the Municipal Court for any speeding ticket.  This goes for all of Las Vegas and North Las Vegas.  It is best to show up 45mins beforehand as there are long lines and finding a parking space can take some time as well.

      If being pulled over in the Henderson you will have to go to the Henderson Justice Court,  as with most courts in a larger city you will have to give yourself some time to find parking and make sure you have time to make it throw the metal detectors.  Most of the time the court rooms for traffic tickets is found on the second floor.

      Boulder City, NV 89005”.  This is a smaller court room that is and in a smaller town, but due a major freeway going rite throw the town there are often a lot of people trying to fit in to a smaller court room. Make sure you give yourself plenty of time in the day as it will be a lot of waiting.
